- 1¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare Romaine: Cut the romaine hearts in half lengthwise. Brush each half with extra virgin olive oil, making sure to coat the leaves evenly.
- Season: Sprinkle the romaine halves with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
