Instructions

  2. Microwave and Stir:
    • Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds and then stir well.
    • Repeat this process for 3-4 intervals of 30 seconds each, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. The ganache will have a thick and velvety consistency.
  3. Cool and Store:
    • Let the ganache cool slightly.
    • Pour the ganache into a Mason jar for easy storage.
