Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Avocado oil or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Sheet:
    • Lightly spray a baking sheet with avocado oil or olive oil spray.
  3. Trim Asparagus:
    • Rinse the asparagus and pat dry.
    • Cut 2-3 inches off the bottom of the asparagus stalks where the green color fades. You can also snap off with your fingers.
  4. Season Asparagus:
